In line with performance contracting guidelines for the FY 2022/2023, Northern Water Works Development Agency was on 26 October 2023 evaluated by Public Service Performance Management Services.

Performance evaluation is the culmination of the process of Performance Contracting and is carried out in a manner that ensures objectivity and integrity of the results. MDAs are expected to provide verifiable documented evidence of achievement of the agreed performance targets. As much as is practicable, and for the purpose of objectivity in performance evaluation, PSPMS undertakes actual verification of reported achievements. Upon agreement on the moderation exercise the agency scored Very Good Mark which means the agency achieved 100% in all the target.

Present during the exercise were the chairperson of the Agency Hon Nasra Sahal Ibrahim, Agency Director Dr John Lekuton, CEO Northern Water Works development agency CPA Andrew Rage, lead evaluator Mr. Vincent Sitei and Management.
