Northern Water Works Development Agency (NWWDA) Board of Directors attended Corporate Governance and Board Competence training programs at Esami, Arusha, Tanzania on 21st to 25th August 2023.
The Chairperson of NWWDA Hon. Nasri Sahal Ibrahim joined fellow Chairpersons from various State Corporations in a tree planting exercise at Ngong forest on 14th June 2023 in a bid to embrace the over 30% tree cover initiative.

PS Water and Sanitation Dr. Kipronoh Ronoh on 10th March 2023 visited Sigle and Taraktali Farms in Wajir south constituency. The PS was impressed by horticultural produce and the organic nature of the farming exhibited. The land is virgin and no chemicals are used. The PS applauded the farmers efforts and urged them to be a good examples in the entire county and feed the Wajir county and eventually the rest of Kenya.
